Hello, my name is Jessie Stiffler. I am the founder of Your Neighborhood Career Coach.
Your Neighborhood Career Coach was created out of a genuine concern for the many individuals struggling to find meaningful employment. As an Office Administrator and HR assistant, I've reviewed countless resumes. It's often not a lack of skills, but rather a resume that fails to highlight a candidate's true potential, that leads to their struggle. I believe everyone deserves to live their best life, finding joy and fulfillment in their chosen career path. When you're happy and fulfilled at work, other aspects of your life naturally fall into place.
While I enjoy helping everyone, I'm especially passionate about assisting clients who are struggling to find the right job due to their resume's structure. It's incredibly rewarding to show them a refreshed resume, explain its effectiveness, and then receive that exciting call about interview invites. Building their confidence through this process is truly what drives me. My goal is to empower you to present your best self and secure the job you truly desire.
